Serhat It may be the thermostat not closing properly. Possibly measure the temperature sensor.
OpenMarcel S. If it doesn't show any temperature at all, it's the temperature sensor!
1Rene If you have a diagnostic tool, check the parameters to see if the temperature changes and is realistic. If not, check the wiring and sensor. Without a diagnostic tool, you can check the resistance with the sensor unplugged and see if it changes.
3Hans P. Even with an open thermostat, the temperature should rise somewhat, especially with current outside temperatures.
I'm also guessing a faulty sensor.

OpenSerhat I had the same problem with my Audi A4 once. I replaced the temperature sensor and everything worked again. Please check the cable to see if it is properly inserted or broken.
8Bernd F. Measure the supply voltage at the sensor. Approx. 5V must be present. If the voltage is OK, measure the sensor resistively.
Jürgen C. I would check the thermostat or temperature sensor.
1Ralf W. Did the computer need to be connected (diagnostic tool) at the workshop!

The engine control unit had frozen and had to be restarted. Then the error was fixed!
