Alexander P. Did you also replace the converter? Did you fill in the correct amount of oil?

OpenRene Are you sure it's coming from the transmission? Was it confirmed by the workshops you visited? Is everything definitely okay with the chassis/drive shafts, etc.?
2Birger S. Did you check the compact connector on the transmission to see if it's clean and securely seated?
Gideon P. Good day, I am certain that it is not coming from the drive shafts, as we had completely removed them during the gearbox replacement. We also checked everything to see if there were any potential sources of error.
OpenGideon P. Good day, the connectors on the transmission were checked during external installation of the transmission, sprayed with contact spray, and cleaned. They were cleaned as far as they needed to be, but they were actually all clean anyway.
Gideon P. Good day, the converter with complete oil was replaced together, I drove the donor vehicle to my home myself and the transmission ran perfectly.
Alexander P. It sounds strange that the error is still there. Check the flywheel on the engine to make sure there is no imbalance. However, the transmission has to be removed again to do this.
1Gideon P. Yes, I could try that, of course, but unfortunately I don't feel like it at the moment as I have just replaced the transmission. But I could tackle that or take a look, thanks
Gelöschter N. Hi, you said the donor vehicle ran very well and you didn't notice any issues. In my opinion, the simplest but also most difficult thing would be to take the engine + transmission from the donor vehicle and install it in yours.
Gideon P. Hello, yes, that would of course also be a good idea. I already asked VW about that and they told me that it wouldn't be that easy to simply exchange it, I have no idea why and they didn't tell me. But it would be worth a try.
Heinrich T. Perhaps it is not enough to just change the transmission oil, but rather a transmission flush with cleaning of the filters and screens.
1Gideon P. Hello, I had actually considered that, but since I changed the transmission oil and installed a functional one from a donor vehicle, but certainly drove it beforehand, I'll just rule out that I would necessarily need a transmission flush now. Of course, if the whole thing works, the car would get a transmission flush anyway, but first I have to find this problem.
Matze Flush the transmission and clean the Multitronic.
Gideon P. I would like to do a transmission flush, but the problem is that it doesn't seem to be the transmission that is defective, but some part around it, since the transmission was completely replaced and it works perfectly in the donor vehicle. So theoretically I wouldn't need a transmission flush, but if I find the problem, it will definitely get one.

I found the solution myself. Apparently, it was the sensor in the throttle valve or the connector. After unplugging it and plugging it back in, everything suddenly works again. What an effort for such a stupid sensor! But, as I said, it didn't leave any error code in the error memory, and the error only occurred when I accelerated. If I completely disconnect the connector, this jerking no longer occurs. Regarding the term 'only starts at a certain temperature,' the exhaust is located directly behind it, and a lot of heat rises there, so I might have found the problem now.
