Air suspension fault | VW

Hello,

I have a problem: my air suspension keeps displaying a "Suspension Fault" message while driving, and the suspension only pumps up the driver's side! This is very annoying on all kinds of journeys!

Does anyone have an idea?

Already checked

The user reports an issue with their air suspension system. The error message "Suspension Fault" appears frequently during driving, and the system disproportionately inflates the driver's side of the suspension.

Have the air lines and corresponding valves checked. Sounds like a loss of air…

I've been driving trucks for years, and every time I park my car, it sounds like I'm pulling the truck's handbrake, and then it's back to its normal height in no time!!

Hi, the solenoid valve block on the bottom right of the underbody should be checked. It is likely that a valve is not switching. How does it behave when you drive the suspension on low and sport? Does it lie on the ground after standing for a while?

It lowers to the normal level, but not completely to the ground, and while driving, it only pumps up the driver's side, while the passenger side remains at the normal level!

Perfectly explained, I can work with that really well! I will pass it on and see what comes out of it! Thank you.

It could also be the level sensors, even if the rod is only slightly bent.

I will also pass it on, thank you for the hint!
