Camper security | PEUGEOT
Hi everyone,
I've had bad experiences with campers. Burglar protection on the driver's side is miserable on these vehicles. I have now taken measures. Hopefully this will help others as well.
With the plate, it's not that easy anymore.

Upgrading SMEG Peugeot Multimedia System | PEUGEOT 308 CC
Is it possible to update the "old" SMEG Peugeot (2017) multimedia system, i.e. upgrade or convert to the successor version? I believe there was a new system from around 2019 onwards? The current operation is so terribly slow and unfortunately, after days of study and hundreds of attempts, I have not been able to update the navigation system, even though the free update is repeatedly displayed to me... DAB radio reception would also be nice (probably with an additional receiver?!). Does anyone have any experience with this topic? I would be very happy to receive any comments! Many thanks in advance!!!!

Water ingress on the passenger side | VW
Hello, I have a question because I have water ingress on the passenger side below the dashboard. The water runs out in the passenger compartment just next to the center console and into the footwell, and there is a lot of it and it is very clean, so no coolant or anything like that. The plenum chamber in the engine compartment has already been checked for blockages, but the drains are all clear.

Hello, my Ford Probe has been deregistered for 12 years, so do I have to do a complete inspection? And what about the parts that are registered, such as headers, springs, etc.? I don't have any papers because the car had water damage and everything is gone. I can't get the papers anymore or I can't find them.

Hello everyone, I have a question about my Opel Meriva B. I heard that there should be a fuel filler flap lock when you lock the car, but my fuel filler flap is open every time, even though the car is locked. Is this normal or is the locking mechanism missing? I hope you can help me with this. If this topic is misplaced, feel free to move it.

The plate is something, but there are better systems with additional locks for Jumper/Boxer etc.
Do you mean the internal locks in the upper left corner? Do you have a picture of what you mean? The problem is that with the screwdriver trick, the entire central locking system opens, including the side door and the rear. Yes, all doors must actually be secured. It's a pity that the manufacturers didn't react sooner with all models, Boxer Ducato etc. But yes, a car is not a safe.
We often use Thule. Nowadays, it's also common with tradesmen's vehicles. They are just as often opened.
I stretched a tension belt inside my T3 between the driver's and passenger's door handles. If you have aluminum sun protection iso mats on the windows, no one will see it..😎
