Speaker replacement for E-Class | MERCEDES-BENZ
Hello everyone, I wanted to ask if anyone here has experience with speakers. In my E-Class, a speaker from the rear shelf has given up the ghost, and those in particular are no longer available. I was still able to buy the ones in the doors new from Mercedes and they are already installed. 16.5 cm speakers fit in the speaker mounts, I just don't know what to buy. Original radio, no amplifier, and it should stay that way. So something that harmonizes well with the original system. Kind regards

Recuperation Levels vs. Braking in A250e | MERCEDES-BENZ
With the shift paddles in the A-Class (A250e), I can select different recuperation levels while driving in electric mode (see video). Is this even necessary or advantageous? Or is it the same as simply recuperating with the brake?

Subwoofer adapter for Corsa | VAUXHALL
Hello everyone... We would like to install an additional subwoofer in my girlfriend's Corsa. For this you need a crossover that you have to connect to the back of the radio. I don't want to use a Scotchlok connector on the wiring harness and so on. Does anyone know if there is a ready-made adapter for plugging in between? The Corsa doesn't have the normal ISO connectors, but these newer connectors.... Thanks for your help

OpenUpgrading SMEG Peugeot Multimedia System | PEUGEOT 308 CC
Is it possible to update the "old" SMEG Peugeot (2017) multimedia system, i.e. upgrade or convert to the successor version? I believe there was a new system from around 2019 onwards? The current operation is so terribly slow and unfortunately, after days of study and hundreds of attempts, I have not been able to update the navigation system, even though the free update is repeatedly displayed to me... DAB radio reception would also be nice (probably with an additional receiver?!). Does anyone have any experience with this topic? I would be very happy to receive any comments! Many thanks in advance!!!!

Hello, is there a cost-effective way or a way to fix the radio display myself? As soon as it gets warm outside or the radio heats up, the radio display disappears. As soon as it gets colder, it comes back. Unfortunately, I can't add a vehicle. BMW 1 series 0005|AAE / 2009 / 143 hp. The picture is just for preview.

If you have the exact measurements, you can use any brand and install it.
Pioneer has a range of replacement speakers for all OE speakers.
You can also take the OE number and check the internet to see if anything is available...
There are companies that repair such loudspeakers, check them, and glue in new surrounds
Unfortunately, Pioneer doesn't have anything in stock for mine, and Mercedes Classic doesn't have a solution at the moment either.
Basically, the only options left are repairing the surround or using aftermarket woofers, where you don't know how it will turn out.
Hertz has some, but they require an amplifier, 200 watts.
There are also 4ohm 90watt woofers, but all without cable adapters, so you have to tinker again.
Maybe I'll just repair the surround and stick with the original.
Hi there. I would just repair the beading. It's not difficult to do.
Recommending a brand that harmonizes is difficult because you don't know how you listen and whether it is even necessary to have speakers in the back! In the car, you don't actually have to sit on the stage, but acoustically in front of it. I would consider installing 16.5 cm woofers in the rear to get more oomph at the bottom. This is more advisable due to the position.
