Christian H. A video would be a good measure so that everyone here can help better

OpenFrank P. Does it do this at low RPM or also at higher RPM? An ignition oscilloscope pattern might show something.
Alexander W. I would check the valve clearance. The old engines also had camshafts that liked to wear in.
2Olaf S. It only does it in neutral.
OpenFrank P. Then I'd guess it's a problem with the spark. This is usually easy to notice at idle. You mention that you replaced the spark plug wires. Are the spark plug connectors also new? It sometimes happens that a suppression resistor burns out. So I would check everything again. Also measure all the resistors. Make sure they all match. There are various combinations. Plug, connector, cable (with or without resistor).
Olaf S. Unfortunately, I still can't upload the video. Fabucar kicks me out every time I click on the video. So, again. As I wrote before, the ignition cables and connectors are new. I also changed the fuel filter.
Pino Could be a valve train problem. Hydraulic tappet or rocker arm
Ibisko A. First, I would classically check the ignition timing with a timing light and adjust it according to the factory specifications. If it still has the K-Jetronic, you should also have the CO content (mixture preparation) measured and adjusted at idle. After replacement or overhaul of the fuel distributor, this is normally absolutely necessary.

A temperature sensor was defective, and the engine was set too lean.
